1. Services and Estimates

SuperGreen Hardscapes LLC provides design, installation, and maintenance services for outdoor living spaces, including artificial turf, paver patios, retaining walls, outdoor kitchens, pergolas, water features, and commercial snow removal.

Non-Binding Quotes: Preliminary consultations, automated web estimates, and verbal discussions are non-binding estimates. Formal project contracts, milestones, and binding pricing require an authorized, written scope of work signed by both parties.

Site Inspections: Project estimates are subject to on-site physical evaluation, grade elevation assessments, underground utility checks, and material selections.

Project Agreements: The scope of work, pricing, deposits, payment schedule, project timing, change orders, cancellations, refunds, warranties, and other project-specific obligations are governed by the separate written agreement executed for that project.

If these website Terms conflict with a signed project agreement concerning project-specific obligations, the signed project agreement will control, subject to applicable law.

Website Terms do not replace any contract, disclosure, notice, or consumer document required by applicable law.

2. Website Use and Intellectual Property
